Requirements:
  • 2+ years of behavioral health admissions supervisory or management experience required.
  • Master's degree in mental health or a related field required.
  • Independent mental health licensure is required for all disciplines.

Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish departmental objectives by managing a team of Admissions Assessment Therapists, Associates, and/or Coordinators.
  • Lead supervision efforts for team growth, including performance reviews, check-ins, and training.
  • Oversee intake and assessments of prospective clients for virtual intensive outpatient programming.
  • Collaborate with various leadership teams to improve client experience and admissions efficacy.
  • Handle escalations, provide service recovery, and communicate professionally with clients.
  • Complete HIPAA-compliant assessments and document information per regulatory standards.

  • Oversee intake and assessments of all prospective clients for national virtual intensive outpatient programming.
  • Complete monthly chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance client experience and improve admissions process.
  • Determine best practices for admissions policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalations and provide service recovery.
  • Communicate with clients compassionately to help them access care.
  • Conduct HIPAA-compliant virtual biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Identify needs for crisis intervention or higher care during assessments.
  • Construct provisional mental health diagnoses and document client information.
  • Assign treatment team members and inform staff of new admissions.
  • Motivated by increasing access and removing barriers to mental health care.
