Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 7 sessions per week, with the ability to flex up when needed.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based care.
• Familiarity with various applications, tech tools, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• Licensed in a relevant mental health field with an independent license in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain your personalized database for licensure and personal information.
• Keep your availability calendar updated.
• Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership, responding to emails within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers.
