Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related area.
• Must be licensed to independently practice in Texas and/or Florida.
• 5 years of experience post independent licensure in a behavioral health setting.
• 3 years of experience in management/supervision of mental health providers.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and their caregivers.
• Certification/Training in evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT.
• Experience with high-risk behavioral health populations.
• Strong preference for conducting triage assessments and crisis interventions.
• Experience using electronic medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of behavioral health clinicians including licensed therapists and care assistants.
• Uphold policies and clinical programming requirements for team members.
• Provide 1:1 supervision and organize team meetings.
• Oversee operations related to behavioral health calls and referrals.
• Monitor clinical quality metrics through auditing and supervision.
• Handle crisis escalations and evaluate care team performance quarterly.
• Collaborate with leadership on patient experience and service development.
