- 5+ years of demonstrated Business Development or Management Consulting experience in the Health Plan / Medicare / PBM space.
- Experience in end-to-end partnerships, developing strategy, prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting.

- Strong team player capable of working with multiple functions within the company.
- Effective escalation of matters impacting strategic leadership.
- Prior experience in a startup environment.

- Manage and develop the Health Plan pipeline with accountability for strategic partnership targets.
- Negotiate and manage the execution of channel partnership agreements with Health Plans.
- Identify and execute partnership expansion opportunities.
