Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated Business Development or Management Consulting experience in the Health Plan / Medicare / PBM space.
  • Experience in end-to-end partnerships, developing strategy, prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting.
  • Ability to work independently and showcase strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player capable of working with multiple functions within the company.
  • Effective escalation of matters impacting strategic leadership.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Business Development Leader for Hello Heart.
  • Become a deep subject matter expert in all aspects related to Hello Heart and its collaboration with targeted national payers.
  • Lead prospecting, pitching, and contracting for strategic partnerships in the Health Plan Medicare space.
  • Manage and develop the Health Plan pipeline with accountability for strategic partnership targets.
  • Negotiate and manage the execution of channel partnership agreements with Health Plans.
  • Identify and execute partnership expansion opportunities.
