Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a mainframe environment within a large enterprise.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of z/OS.
  • Advanced knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, and Unix System Services (USS).
  • Ability to work well as a team member and handle multi-task issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for installation, testing, and implementation of new operating systems and systems software.
  • Maintain and debug systems software.
  • Research and evaluate new software and hardware products.
  • Assist team members with technical questions and problem resolution.
  • Monitor and tune systems software.
  • Review and analyze current client software needs for cost-effective solutions.
