Requirements:
  • BS in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; MBA or graduate degree a plus.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data or business analytics role with at least 1 year in digital advertising preferred.
  • Experience with Display Programmatic, Facebook/Instagram/Meta, and Search Engine Marketing strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of the Programmatic Advertising Technology stack, including Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, and Data Management Platforms.
  • Experience in extracting, analyzing, and sharing insights using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize processes for digital advertising campaigns (Programmatic, Facebook/Instagram/Meta, and/or Search Engine Marketing).
  • Define a campaign’s target needs and work with internal teams to meet these targets.
  • Create processes to track outcomes of optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the trafficking team to enhance campaign creation.
  • Document best practices and share techniques globally.
  • Utilize audience segmentation and pricing strategies for optimal performance.
  • Employ analytical skills to optimize campaigns.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards for business insights.
  • Communicate insights and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
