Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in data and analytics, demonstrating qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Familiarity with power system data from NREL, EIA, and EPA.
• Experience with statistical software (R, Python, SAS, Stata) and visualization tools (GIS, Tableau, Plotly).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead research and analytic work for the Clean Heat initiative.
• Publish technical reports and present findings for non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to regulatory processes and oversee the development of an inventory of decarbonization technologies.
• Measure and report the impact of the initiative.
• Build relationships with advocates and community leaders to support shared objectives.
• Communicate analysis through various formats to stakeholders.
