Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a customer support and/or sales role.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams.
  • Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management is desired.
  • Technical skills are a must.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Responsibilities:
  • Forms strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
  • Establishes a role as an advisor to clients and colleagues.
  • Presents new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance products and services.
  • Regularly meets with clients to review service quality and ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from features.
  • Works with Client Services to resolve complex support issues.
  • Manages delivery of services to achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Determines effective problem resolution methods using internal resources.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for sales and service.
  • Participates in client reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.
