Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer support and/or sales.
  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is strongly desired.
  • Background in Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations is a plus.
  • Technical skills are mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening and comprehension abilities.
  • Capability to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
Responsibilities:
  • Forms strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Acts as an advisor to clients and colleagues by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Presents new ideas and innovations to clients to enhance their products and services.
  • Researches high-level solutions tailored for client needs.
  • Maintains client relationships through regular meetings and calls to ensure maximum benefit from services.
  • Collaborates with Client Services to address complex support issues.
  • Manages agreed-upon services to maintain high client satisfaction and trust.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for sales and service.
  • Participates in quarterly client reviews and annual planning meetings.
  • Plans milestones and tracks progress effectively.
