- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in a customer support and/or sales capacity role.
- Experience working for or in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential.
- Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired.
- Technical skills are a must.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills and comprehension.
- Forms strategic partnership with clients by developing a working knowledge of their business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure.
- Establishes a role as an advisor to clients and colleagues.
- Presents new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance their products and services.
- Research high-level solutions for clients.
- Develops the relationship with clients through regular meetings and reviews.
- Works with Client Services to address complex support issues effectively.
- Manages the delivery of services to achieve high client satisfaction and trust.
- Determines effective problem resolution methods and utilizes internal resources as needed.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for sales and service interactions.
- Participates in client quarterly reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.
- Plans milestones and tracks progress.
