- Minimum three years of experience in a customer support and/or sales role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams.
- Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management is desired.
- Technical skills are a must.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and comprehension.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Forms strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
- Establishes a role as an advisor to clients and colleagues.
- Presents new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance products and services.
- Regularly meets with clients to review service quality and ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from features.
- Works with Client Services to resolve complex support issues.
- Manages delivery of services to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Determines effective problem resolution methods using internal resources.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for sales and service.
- Participates in client reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.
