Proposal Manager - Clinical Services

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal and/or contract development.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Past experience in a CRO environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets and proposal texts for RFP responses for global clinical trial opportunities.
• Complete deliverables with accuracy and promptness, coordinating the RFP preparation process.
• Review client RFP documents to identify service requirements for budget and proposal development.
• Lead core RFP development meetings with representatives from sales, operations, and finance.
• Develop project budgets using Excel costing tools and ensure accurate mapping to client grids.
• Prepare proposal texts that reflect client needs and strategic messages.
• Communicate with partners and vendors throughout the RFP development process.
• Ensure quality control of budget and proposal text edits.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding proposed budgets and strategies.
