Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 5-7 years’ experience in proposal and/or contract development.
• Preferred: Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Preferred: Past experience in a CRO environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex client-focused budgets and proposals for Phase I-IV clinical trials.
• Provide overall accountability for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Collaborate with global operational review teams to ensure high-quality responses.
• Analyze budgets for pricing and assumptions based on communications with relevant parties.
• Prepare budgets and proposal text to support RFP responses for global opportunities.
