• Excellent analytics skills, including ad hoc analyses using SQL and Google Sheets.
• Ability to build dashboards in Google Sheets and Tableau.
• Strong business case and financial modeling skills.
• Effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management, especially using Asana.
• Willingness to dive into data to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business operations projects to improve patient intake and scheduling efficiency.
• Reduce administrative burdens for clinicians.
• Build dashboards to evaluate team performance against outcome metrics.
• Manage certain ongoing operational processes.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives as business demands.
• Support Operations and other teams in evaluating needs and implementing new initiatives.
