5+ years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment.
Prior experience in a martech role (integrations / APIs / ecosystems) is a must have.
Technical knowledge around APIs and integrations.
An eye for top quality API design and documentation.
Experience building and promoting an API ecosystem and developer program would be advantageous.
Ability to articulate complex technical topics, address customer concerns diplomatically, while providing consistent high customer satisfaction in fast-paced environment.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively with remote teams.
