Sr. Technical Product Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Prior experience in a martech role (integrations / APIs / ecosystems) is a must have.
• Technical knowledge around APIs and integrations.
• An eye for top quality API design and documentation.
• Experience building and promoting an API ecosystem and developer program would be advantageous.
• Ability to articulate complex technical topics, address customer concerns diplomatically, while providing consistent high customer satisfaction in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively with remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, partners, and ecosystem to inform product decisions.
• Work with stakeholders and leadership on integrations and API strategy.
• Own the integrations and API roadmap.
• Drive the integrations and API product life cycle from research and design through to implementation.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, customers, and partners to gather and validate requirements.
• Assist in go-to-market activities to ensure successful product launches and updates.
