  • Utilize various channels such as social media, job portals, and internet sourcing to engage and attract potential candidates.
  • Leverage innovative recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conducting background/reference checks, extending job offers, and negotiating terms.
  • Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs.
  • Contribute to building Sleek's employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
