Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in tech and non-tech roles.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and employer branding techniques.
• Familiarity with various selection methods, including interviews and assignments.
• Demonstrated humility, with a willingness to learn from feedback and adjust as needed.
• Exceptional sense of ownership and accountability for the recruitment process and outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with global recruitment and an understanding of different labor markets is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for both Tech and non-Tech roles.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various channels such as social media, job portals, and internet sourcing to engage and attract potential candidates.
• Leverage innovative recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conducting background/reference checks, extending job offers, and negotiating terms.
• Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs.
• Contribute to building Sleek's employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
