Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar).
  • Experience working with software product organizations in a tech environment.
  • Experience with upsell and/or onboarding in a product marketing capacity.
  • Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated go-to-market plan.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear communication.
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Passion for B2B SaaS and understanding of the target market's challenges.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Defining positioning, go-to-market messaging, and launch plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Partnering with product, sales, customer success, and channel teams to understand their needs and develop a deep understanding of the target market.
  • Serving as an advocate for customers while demonstrating expertise and empathy for their pain points.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Crafting compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base articles, FAQs, in-app messages/guides, and other resources.
  • Creating sales enablement materials including battle cards, product presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Managing and optimizing product launch campaigns to generate leads.
  • Collaborating with the content marketing team to develop engaging content for potential customers.
  • Tracking and analyzing product marketing performance metrics.
