Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of local regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the expert on local regulations ensuring GBS operations are compliant.
  • Review changes in regulations and advise the team accordingly.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables via regular audits.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert responses.
  • Support onboarding of new client services, ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions on local regulatory updates.
