Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in an administrative or related position is required.
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Experience with Zendesk customer service software is considered an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines with minimal direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate incoming sales orders for completeness and accuracy, entering data into internal systems.
  • Liaise with customers and operational teams to ensure client success.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer contracts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prioritize and respond to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service.
  • Act as the initial contact for wholesale customers.
  • Process maintenance orders with vendors, including renewals and cancellations.
  • Create and reconcile customer records in various internal systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of iTel products and participate in knowledge sharing meetings.
  • Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency and participate in special projects.
