Requirements:
  • Must be an active, unrestricted Wisconsin Licensed Counselor (LCMH, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LPCC).
  • Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • 3+ years clinical experience and 1+ year case management review experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional EAP services as a licensed clinician.
  • Conduct direct counseling and outreach to promote EAP services.
  • Make appropriate referrals to treatment services and community resources.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and Acentra Health policies.
  • Communicate the scope of EAP services to external parties.
  • Consult on clinical case staffing and high-risk cases.
  • Manage a caseload of counseling clients and maintain case records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
