• Openness to travel up to 30% of the time to multiple sites.
• 4+ years of Health Information Management (HIM) related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Provider Care Solution experience.
• ROI (Release of Information) exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Execute transformation strategies to enhance product utilization.
• Implement and optimize SOPs for productivity.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes.
• Oversee and mentor operational staff.
• Establish and track KPIs for operational success.
• Develop scheduling of resources and manage capacity.
• Assist in developing and managing the operations budget.
• Work closely with other departments for alignment on goals.
• Ensure operations comply with industry regulations.
• Identify and implement technology solutions for efficiency.
