Requirements:

• Experience designing, coding, and deploying scalable software.
• Proficiency in PHP, SQL databases, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (LAMP/Moodle stack preferred).
• Experience working with web services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences in English.
• Adaptability and quick learning abilities with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in software testing.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile projects.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud-based infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, and deploying scalable software, taking ownership of specific features from inception to deployment.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices and coding standards.
• Actively participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Addressing cloud-based software challenges, including troubleshooting live production environments and resolving client-reported issues.
• Participating in agile team activities, including daily stand-ups, design sessions, code reviews, and sprint demos.
• Integrating test development by writing unit and integration tests.
• Staying updated on platform changes, plugins, and industry trends.
