• 10 years of experience in Enterprise Applications management.
• 7+ years leading and managing teams of at least 30 in a fast-growing tech company.
• Excellent change management abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in SaaS solutions and cloud architecture, particularly with platforms like Netsuite, Workday, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms like Workato and Mulesoft.
• Strong project/program management skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent skills in team management, coaching, and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Applications strategy aligned with Reddit's broader goals.
• Drive the transformation of technology architecture to support company goals and build scalable platform solutions.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture within the Enterprise Applications team using KPIs to measure project effectiveness.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps aligned with Corporate Technology investments.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead the execution of solutions for operational efficiency.
• Design and implement integrations across the application ecosystem, partnering with business users and vendors.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders to clarify roadmaps and highlight successes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise architecture strategies and provide clear technical direction.
