- Proven experience in digital analytics and knowledge of analytics platforms like GA4 and Econda.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for advanced tagging; SQL and/or Python skills for data manipulation are a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations including GDPR and their impact on analytics strategies.
- Willingness to meet with team colleagues in the Cologne office at least once a week.
- Continuously monitor KPIs across digital platforms and ensure data quality.
- Define, implement, and refine analytics frameworks in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Manage end-to-end tracking setup in Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with teams to develop custom dashboards and reports for data-driven insights.
- Plan, integrate, and maintain MarTech tools for performance enhancement.
- Conduct training sessions to empower departments in working with datasets and analytics tools.
