Requirements:
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience, preferably in financial analysis and business intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with strong academic credentials.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Data-driven, proactive self-starter capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the company’s month-end close review and monthly business review processes, including preparing budget variance analyses and reconciliations.
  • Track key operational and financial metrics, and drive business intelligence and decision support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and executive-level presentations.
  • Prepare routine analysis of financial and operational results to predict performance.
  • Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Organize and analyze large datasets to drive insights.
  • Implement process improvements within the Finance team and organization.
  • Support financing activities and strategic corporate development initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy of documentation related to Finance team processes.
