Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, consulting, or Big 4.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills in verbal, written, and visual forms.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytics/visualization tools.
  • Self-starter with keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • History of building positive relationships across a diverse organization.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the ARR and subscription revenue models, working with the GTM Strategy & Ops team.
  • Serve as the Finance liaison for Pricing & Packaging by collaborating with Engineering.
  • Contribute to systems and automation projects by providing solutions or defining requirements.
  • Optimize budget-versus-actuals reporting for GTM leadership.
  • Manage and prioritize a list of strategic finance projects on a quarterly basis.
  • Engage in various ad hoc analyses with GTM Strategy & Ops or GTM leadership.
