- 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of managing sales teams or achieving high individual quotas.
- Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, including cold calling and personalized outreach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, as well as managing a remote team.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills from APAC/US markets (e.g., Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese) are a plus.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the SDR team, ensuring high-quality lead sourcing and outreach across APAC & the US.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve market penetration and merchant outreach coverage.
- Lead the team by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance on best practices for outreach and cold calling.
- Actively contribute by demonstrating sales techniques, creating personalized outreach templates, and optimizing workflows for better lead conversion.
- Manage and maintain a large pipeline of leads, focusing on achieving both efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach, ensuring that outreach strategies align with the needs and interests of potential merchants.
- Drive team culture, ensuring high energy, adaptability, and a focus on results.
