Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in obtaining construction and ordinance-based site permits from municipalities.
  • Advanced knowledge of permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Established relationships with municipalities or ability to build them within 90 days.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting site plans.
  • Proven experience supporting a scaling permitting program.
  • Familiarity with CAD site design systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and time management abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive permit applications.
  • Travel to project locations for engagement with third-party team members and local authorities.
  • Participate in regulatory processes and stay informed on market changes that may impact projects.
  • Oversee scheduling, delivery, and status of permits, ensuring coordination with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the permit application process and act as a liaison between Wing and Partners.
  • Prepare and submit permitting applications ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate permit-related paperwork and monitor status in the work management system.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure timely processing of permits.
  • Organize meetings and maintain comprehensive company records.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Environmental Science/Studies, Wildlife Biology, Environmental Management, Environmental Law, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
