Requirements:
  • Located in the United Kingdom.
  • Fluent in English and native fluency in French (preferred), Spanish, or Italian.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or non-sales goal-oriented environment.
  • Quick learner, able to take initiative and excellent at problem-solving.
  • Intellectual curiosity - always questioning and digging deeper for answers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the initial sales process (using email, phone and social media) - respond to inbound leads, understand the client needs, identify key client decision-makers, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Create and evolve customized email and prospecting strategies for outreach to key prospects at target accounts.
  • Maintain speedy follow-up on inbound inquiries, responding to user requests within 2 business hours.
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships with prospects and cross-functional partners.
  • Solve problems for potential Kentik prospects by leveraging collaboration and research skills.
