Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in solutions architect, technical architect, or development role.
  • At least 2 years experience in Salesforce development with custom objects and APEX automation.
  • Knowledge of relational database theory and ability to query using SQL or SOQL.
  • Understanding of APIs and design patterns such as REST and SOAP.
  • Ability to coach on best practices.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Director, Digital Customer Experience to develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of high impact business systems.
  • Collaborate with business systems analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
  • Monitor issues and proactively identify efficiencies.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of business systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Evaluate technology stacks for implementing solutions.
  • Conduct access reviews and penetration testing.
  • Provide training and support to internal users.
