Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience in project management or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software, preferably SmartSheets and Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies for SaaS.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with business objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software implementations.
• Contribute to the design of project management tools to track progress and risks.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for requirements and feedback.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
