Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery, and/or implementation of SaaS products.
  • Basic coding and/or development knowledge.
  • Experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST-API, and providing API-based integrations in enterprise IT.
  • Proficiency in project management, preferably agile.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise customers and effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Customer and people-oriented work style that fosters relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Help the Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team at the start of each project.
  • Ensure customer success through the implementation of integration projects.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for requirements, problem-solving, and development of customized software throughout the project duration.
  • Work actively with the customer's functional departments, including project management, IT, and security.
  • Make decisions on technical matters to contribute to successful project completion.
  • Maintain close contact with external development partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
