- University Degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in Collections/Banking systems is highly appreciated.
- Very good knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Databases; DBA skills are required.
- Customer-focused mentality with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discipline in following up on all customer requests.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
- Provide L3 technical application support to a production application, investigating incidents and bugs in operational systems.
- Configure the application using SQL queries to optimize workflows and improve order fulfillment processes.
- Serve as an escalation point for the Tier 2 Application support team to resolve application-based issues.
- Create and document processes for tasks and new tools, providing training to Tier 1 & 2 organizations.
- Become familiar with core products and how fulfillment workflows integrate from customers to systems.
- Perform queries in Postgres and analyze service and server logs, including management of log files.
- Manage incidents via EXUS’ Helpdesk software and follow up on reported incidents with Engineering teams.
- Develop Change Requests, test and maintain EXUS’ proprietary software using PL/SQL Developer.
- Monitor and check the health of managed service cloud environments, performing application housekeeping.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members while maintaining regular communication with clients.
