Requirements:
  • University Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Collections/Banking systems is highly appreciated.
  • Very good knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Databases; DBA skills are required.
  • Strong customer-focused mentality with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3 technical application support to production applications, systems, and business teams.
  • Investigate incidents, interruptions, or bugs in operational systems.
  • Perform triaging and problem-solving to identify issues and implement changes or workarounds.
  • Configure the Application via SQL Queries and code manipulation to optimize workflows.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 Application support.
  • Create and document processes and procedures for tasks and training.
  • Analyze service and server logs and perform maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain managed service cloud environments.
  • Regular communication with clients.

  • Monitor and check the health of managed service cloud environments, performing application housekeeping.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members while maintaining regular communication with clients.
