Requirements:
  • 10 plus years of successful relevant experience in the Federal sector.
  • Excellent project management, time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills for managing local and virtual teams.

  • Keep management informed on key program statuses and issues.
  • Apply federal regulations and procurement laws effectively.
  • Align marketing intelligence with win strategies.
  • Develop capture plans, including competitive analysis and risk assessments.
  • Identify team partners and negotiate agreements.
  • Develop pricing models and supervise the proposal team.
  • Motivate the proposal team through the development process.
