- 5+ Years of Experience required in a Distribution role within technology, consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services.
- SME knowledge of the distribution/connectivity landscape including OTAs, Wholesale, CRS, GDS and Channel Management required.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Drive better integration and alignment between partners and teams focussing on revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Manage partner programs and ensure Cloudbeds becomes and remains the strategic/premier provider of major channels.
- Work with the marketing team to establish a clearly differentiated and data-driven commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables and related product enhancement initiatives.
