Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience required in a Distribution role within technology, consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services.
  • SME knowledge of the distribution/connectivity landscape including OTAs, Wholesale, CRS, GDS and Channel Management required.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstration of ability to interact and ultimately influence executives and leaders.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage and develop key partner distribution relationships globally based on the Cloudbeds strategy.
  • Define and track account-based objectives and key results related to Distribution partnerships covering growth, go-to-market and overall health.
  • Build and nurture multi-level relationships with key prospects and partners.
  • Drive better integration and alignment between partners and teams focussing on revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Manage partner programs and ensure Cloudbeds becomes and remains the strategic/premier provider of major channels.
  • Work with the marketing team to establish a clearly differentiated and data-driven commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables and related product enhancement initiatives.
