Requirements:
  • Independently Licensed Therapist in the U.S. for Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
  • Licensed and in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining additional state licenses.
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent.
  • Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria.
  • Strong evidence-based clinical skills and empathetic listening.
  • Knowledgeable in crisis response and comfortable in a telemedicine environment.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and EMR systems.
  • Passionate about improving mental health care access.
  • Preferred entrepreneurial spirit or experience in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes.
  • Provide anywhere from 15-40 hours of weekly availability.
  • Create a flexible schedule based on individual availability, within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per specific timezone.
  • Collaborate with prescribers managing clients' medication.
  • Work alongside other clinicians to impact clients' lives positively.
