Independently Licensed Therapist in the U.S. for Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work. Licensed and in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining additional state licenses. Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent. Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria. Strong evidence-based clinical skills and empathetic listening. Knowledgeable in crisis response and comfortable in a telemedicine environment. Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace and EMR systems. Passionate about improving mental health care access. Preferred entrepreneurial spirit or experience in a startup environment.

Conduct therapeutically sound sessions with clients weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes. Provide anywhere from 15-40 hours of weekly availability. Create a flexible schedule based on individual availability, within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm per specific timezone. Collaborate with prescribers managing clients' medication. Work alongside other clinicians to impact clients' lives positively.
