Senior Analyst (Security Assurance ) - Compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of security experience with at least 2 years in security compliance or audits.
• Experience with ISMAP certification and other security certifications.
• Experience supporting security compliance or audit programs.
• Basic understanding of security controls across all domains.
• General understanding of key technical security controls in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Native fluency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
• Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills in Japanese, including formal business correspondence.
• Capability to interpret and translate between Japanese and English accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Enable the sale of Databricks products to Japanese government agency customers by supporting Databricks’ ISMAP certification efforts.
• Help maintain ISMAP audit procedures and related documentation.
• Support other Security Assurance Team certifications, reports, and activities.
• Support security compliance reviews of new features.
