Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience (e.g., FP&A, Accounting backgrounds, management consulting).
• Systems and EPM management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate financial results and narrative to a variety of audiences.
• Understanding of financial planning and accounting concepts, equity and stock-based compensation a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Total Rewards team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for our compensation budgets.
• Drive efficiency across core finance processes through automation, simplification, and coordination, including ownership of our financial planning tool.
• Drive our internal reporting processes, including coordination across finance and shaping our financial narrative for executives and other internal stakeholders.
