Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in the LATAM region.
  • Experience using third-party payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Ceridian.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient time management skills and flexibility to handle multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the transactional processing of Americas payrolls by extracting data from systems and reconciling with outsourced payroll vendors.
  • Manage day-to-day payroll requests and assist employees through the payroll ticket system.
  • Provide support and backup for other regional payrolls as necessary.
  • Monitor vendor payroll processing for compliance and review outputs for accuracy.
  • Assist with payroll funding requests and deliver timely data/reports to internal teams.
  • Communicate regularly with payroll specialists and managers to provide updates and discuss process harmonization.
