Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services, project management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of the professional services landscape.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Practice Manager.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to various audiences.
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a product manager for professional services in Network Services, Zero Trust, and Application Services.
• Prioritize and execute offerings aligning with strategic vision.
• Review information from PS Leaders to understand offering value propositions.
• Build sales collateral, project plans, and delivery kits.
• Lead sales and delivery enablement efforts.
• Create service offerings targeting various customer profiles.
• Own internal and external marketing campaigns about new offerings.
• Drive understanding of Cloudflare's platform and capabilities.
