Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience as a B2B product manager with a proven track record of delivering successful product releases that drive growth and retention.
  • Very strong analysis skills that help define problems and create evidence-based, persuasive cases for new features.
  • Demonstrated experience moving into an unfamiliar industry niche, learning that world, and successfully shipping product.
  • A very keen eye for detail with a focus on creating simple, clean, intuitive UI.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating product decisions and reasoning, with emphasis on concision and clarity.
  • Strong experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
  • Experience conducting user research and A/B tests, comfortable working in this space.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to our Head of Product, you'll drive the strategy and roadmap for your team: collecting and analyzing feedback from various sources to understand customer needs and business opportunities.
  • You will take ownership of growth, conversion, and retention for all aspects of the product that your team is responsible for.
  • You will dive deep into the various segments we serve, understand their problems through research and analytics, and articulate those problems.
  • You will work with your cross-functional team to design and deliver compelling solutions, steering the day-to-day work with a focus on shipping often and learning quickly.
  • You will take charge of measuring the impact of your changes using both quantitative and qualitative measures immediately after release and beyond, while upholding the quality of the product.
