Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in SEO, Management, Sales & Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• In-depth industry knowledge of best practices, development, current regulations, and technology in Customer Service & Local SEO Management.
• Experience in a remote work setup similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge about Google My Business (GMB), keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus.
• Attentive to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.
• Capable of exercising discretion, diplomacy, and tact in patient and staff interactions.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and patient care.
• Fast, reliable, and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and internet backup.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Local SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for clients.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings.
• Perform keyword research and manage local citations.
• Track and report on SEO performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Local SEO trends and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve client issues and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is implemented effectively.
• Handle online reputation management and respond to customer reviews.
