  • BS or advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in directly managing sales teams and complex accounts
  • Proven experience selling pharmaceutical CDMO services
  • Direct API and commercial product manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry including quality control testing, development and manufacturing of drug products, FDA regulations
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales plans
  • Hire, train, and motivate sales teams
  • Regularly monitor sales activity, analyze sales data, and provide feedback to sales staff to identify areas for improvement.
