🔍 Nonprofit / Behavioral Science

  • PhD in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Criminology, or a related social science field with a strong emphasis on econometrics and impact evaluation.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading quasi-experimental evaluations and randomized controlled trials.
  • Advanced proficiency in working with large datasets using econometric techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and software (R or Stata preferred).
  • Experience using version control and reproducible research tools.

  • Develop and manage relationships with government and academic partners.
  • Design and register evaluation methodologies and obtain IRB approvals.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and manage research datasets.
