Senior Category Manager

Research, identify, and onboard new brands, products, and deals to expand the company portfolio.
Manage the prospective merchant pipeline in Salesforce from initial outreach to close.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, volume discounts, and favorable terms.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants to secure exclusive deals.
Monitor performance metrics such as sales, profit, and conversion rates to develop action plans.
Partner with Publisher Account Management, Merchandising, Production, Operations, and Content teams to launch and promote products.
