- BA/BS Degree (4-year) with an advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 4-6+ years related experience in Construction Management, preferably in the Hospitality or Live Entertainment industry.
- Experienced in all phases of the development process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; able to read and understand construction plans.
- Assist with the development of construction plans for new and adaptive reuse projects, and regional capital expense projects.
- Review plans for operational flow, site logistics, event safety, and compliance.
- Manage relationships with local market leadership to ensure project success.
- Conduct construction meetings covering potential changes, schedule, and budget.
- Lead coordination with FF&E vendors and ensure warranty issues are resolved post-occupancy.
