Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4-6+ years related experience in Construction Management, preferably in the Hospitality or Live Entertainment industry.
  • Experienced in all phases of the development process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; able to read and understand construction plans.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of construction plans for new and adaptive reuse projects, and regional capital expense projects.
  • Review plans for operational flow, site logistics, event safety, and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with local market leadership to ensure project success.
  • Conduct construction meetings covering potential changes, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead coordination with FF&E vendors and ensure warranty issues are resolved post-occupancy.
