  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar (minimum 4-year degree).
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in an electrical engineering environment or in software development.
  • More than 5 years of experience in project management or integration planning.
  • Experience in system engineering processes, requirements management, or architectural design is an advantage.
  • PMP/IPMA or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and MS Project is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and German (both spoken and written).

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, R&D, Testing, and other stakeholders for software solutions.
  • Coordinate and plan software domains for integration across multiple products.
  • Manage time schedules from specification to market launch.
