  • Process subscriptions and closings, review subscription documents, and follow up on incomplete paperwork.
  • Process transfers, redemptions, and account maintenance.
  • Calculate and prepare distributions, payment files, and investor notices for senior account manager approval.
  • Load statements and K-1s, send investor communications, and maintain DTCC AIP records.
  • Respond to routine investor and financial advisor calls and emails, and escalate complex or sensitive requests.
